ABOUT

I am a medicine woman and story keeper at heart, with a background in Communications and Executive management. A Heritage & Cultural Tour Guide, graduate of African Constellations and the dreamweaver of the Beauty School in McGregor. My clients include non-profit organisations, sustainability projects and public health campaigns involving extensive community mobilisation, media and communications interventions to inspire change.

 

I am called to restore belonging, identity and purpose.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I represent a genetically complex, culturally rich heritage with over 195 lineages. Reconciling and giving a place to all my ancestors in my heart shapes my life’s work.

I live with my beloved dog, Rosemary, and practice from Temenos Retreat in the rural village of McGregor in the Cape's Breede Valley. Where I offer pilgrimage, retreats, guided walks and processes for individuals, groups and organisations through consultation, family constellations, workshops and mentorship.
