A WALK FOR BEAUTY
A pilgrimage walking within heritage, land and medicine.

You are invited to join McGregor Heritage Society and Beauty School for a pilgrimage.
Walking within our heritage, land and medicine.
We will open the African New Year on equinox.
We will circle with the elders.
Walk where we are called.
Harvesting messages, plants and roots as we go.
Offering stories of heritage and sharing common connections.
We will make beauty, balms and teas from what the land provides.
We may weave baskets from river reeds.
Or sing at waterfalls and caves.
We gather for heritage story circles, dreamwork, healing process & community ceremony.
Contribution: R3000 per pilgrim / R500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
The contribution fee includes a simple lunch and padkos for walks.
It includes basic ingredients for medicines, balms, tonics and beauty making.
This contribution fee does not include accommodation.
